I cant believe how BIG Kate and Parker have gotten and how much they have changed! I havent seen them since they were tiny babies so it was just amazing to see them smiling, sitting up, laughing. This age is SO much fun and I am sure Mary Beth and Kiere are having the time of their lives. Our next session will be for their one year birthday and I cant imagine how much bigger they will be and maybe even walking by then! Below are some favorites from our session! 🙂
   This family. It is such a pleasure working with each time. I have been working with them for a number of years…since Keenyn was a baby! It is always amazing to see how much he has grown and I know that every time I see him he is going to have a big smile on his face! His parents just adore him….I can tell through their interactions and the way Keenyn’s face lights up when he looks at them. He was very excited to tell me is four now and he is one of the happiest little boys I know. He has a love for life and his smile is contagious and I am already looking forward to our next session! Below are some favorites of mine! 🙂

I had so much fun with these girls for their senior portrait session! We met at their grandmother’s farm on a beautiful Saturday morning…the weather was perfect and the farm was such a neat location! Katelyn and Kayla were so great to work with and I enjoyed getting to know them! Because this is such a special time in their lives, I wanted to share a bit about them with you! Katelyn competed as a Level 10 gymnast and is also a track state champion. She loves to volunteer at the KW animal shelter and hang out with friends. She will be attending UVA in the fall studying Kinesiology in hopes of conducting research in the field of physical rehabilitation. Kayla won the National Championship as libero for the Richmond Volleyball Club National team. She also holds several State titles in track. Kayla volunteers as a tutor for elementary school students and loves to hunt and fish. She will be attending VCU in the fall studying applied mathematics in hopes of becoming a Calculus teacher. These girls have already accomplished so much and have some pretty awesome goals ahead! I wish them both the best of luck as they enter into the exciting new world as college students! 🙂
Oh Monday, how quickly you can sneak up on me! I guess that is because I was busy shooting a wedding and three sessions this weekend so the time flew by! I cant believe how quickly May is passing….my little Carter is going to be 7 at the end of the month! Ahh! Not ready for that….he is so grown up now. 🙁 Anyway, it was a beautiful weekend and I hope everyone got a chance to get out and enjoy the sunshine! It looks like this week is going to be pretty awesome so make sure you get outside and soak in the warm weather! I guess this week’s Manic Monday is going to be short and sweet because I just summed up my entire weekend haha! Below are some photos from Carter’s field trip last Friday…we went to the Science Museum to the IMAX theater and then had a picnic lunch at a local park. Love that I got to spend the day with him!
