Brother and Sister | Mechanicsville Portrait Photographer

I love these two!  They are the sweetest, cute, and funny kids!  We started hanging out with this family this past summer and have grown quite close to them.  Its hard to believe that we have been neighbors all these years and are just now getting around to hanging out.  The best part is that the kids all get along SO well together!  When Claire and Kaleigh get together, you hardly hear a word from them…they are coloring, pretending, putting on shows, and doing all kinds of quiet girl activities.  Emmons and Carter on the other hand, are running around the house playing Mario, Super Heros, and other LOUD boy games haha!  And as much as we hang out, these four never fight!  I honestly do not know how they manage to get along so well, but they do.  Each of them has even gone as far as saying that they want to live at the other person’s home with them lol.  Kaleigh claims Claire as her sister and Carter wants to pack his things and move in with Emmons.  I think its great that we have found a family who we are great friends with and that our kids are best friends.  The only downside is that when it comes time to pick up the kids from the stop, the number 1 question from them is, “Can we have a playdate?!?!”  Then comes the process of getting them in their own cars lol!  It can be a process which many times leads to tears. 🙁
