I had the privilege of celebrating Sammy’s 25th year as pastor at Northminster Baptist on October 2nd. What am amazing thing to witness….there were so many people who came to celebrate this joyous occasion. Thank you to everyone who helped make the celebration a success, it was a truly remarkable event. Sammy’s brother and sister-in-law surprised him and the family! There were SO many people there to celebrate such a special occasion. After the service, everyone was invited to share lunch together. Thanks to Shyndigz for the AMAZING lunch….and desserts!! The theme for the celebration was sailboats, so there was a sail displayed that everyone could sign. YUM! Sammy was presented with a gift from the Children and a dance was performed by the youth girls! The images below are so special. During the 25 years that Sammy has been pastor at Northminster, he has baptized (including myself!), married(including Jay and myself!), and dedicated many babies and children to the church(including Kaleigh!). WHAT an honor! I love these images below. This is Sammy’s family….they have been so supportive and loving to him and I know how proud they must be of him. Thank you Sammy for letting me be a part of such a special day. I am truly honored!
