I am SO excited to finally be able to blog these photos!  This should have been done a LONG  time ago, but with all the busyness of life, I am just now getting around to it!  I am so sorry Jenn!  I love, love, love these images that were taken in Goochland(Im sure you all have read at some point about how much I love this location) so I was thrilled when Jennifer asked to shoot here.  Below are some favorites from that day and stay tuned because coming VERY soon are Jennifer and Luke’s wedding photos!  Until then, I hope you enjoy the images below!  PIN IMAGE PIN IMAGE PIN IMAGEIsn’t here bouquet amazing?!?! When I spoke with Virginia about session locations, I was thrilled when she requested to shoot in Goochland.  As you know, this is one of my favorite places to go…and really it is my number one place for shoots.  Everything from the scenery to the light is just gorgeous there and it is so peaceful!  I always look forward to the sessions I have there because I know they will be awesome!  I LOVED photographing this sweet family, they were all so natural in front of the camera and so comfortable to be around!  Thank you “G” family for allowing me to document sweet Amelia’s first year milestone and your family portraits!   PIN IMAGE PIN IMAGE PIN IMAGE PIN IMAGEIsn’t she  a cutie?! I met Grace and Adrien the day after their wedding at the beautiful Clover Forest Plantation(where they were married) for their day after session!  Grace and Adrien opted for a “day after” session in lieu of a bridal session and we had SUCH a fun time together!  I love them because they are just the sweetest, most content, go-with-the flow couple!  I had fun just BEING with them and talking about life!

Grace and Adrien, I hope you enjoy your photos for many years to come!  I have enjoyed working with you all this past year and getting to know you.  You two have such an amazing love for one another and I was so honored to be the one to capture these special times for you all.  I wish you all the best, congrats to you both!!  PIN IMAGE PIN IMAGE PIN IMAGE PIN IMAGE PIN IMAGE PIN IMAGE PIN IMAGE PIN IMAGELOVE! Jeni Brower - Ashley – I think your photos are beautiful. This couple just drew me in – I love the connection between them that you captured. Really cool look, too. I’m a sucker for a military uniform & BOOTS 😉

Susan Pearsall - Ashley, these are beautiful! Of course I’m totally biased given the subject matter:) However, it is your extraordinary gift that knows how to capture the beauty. The one on the fence with the barn in the background should be in a bridal magazine! You have been patient, kind, and delightful from start to finish. Here’s to your continued success!ReplyCancel

I fell in love with Grace and Adrien during their engagement shoot back in the fall.  This couple is so much fun!  They are sweet, down to earth, and just awesome to work with!  The best part about their engagement shoot was the ZOMBIE themed photo shoot later that day!  I had the honor of photographing Grace and Adrien’s wedding and it was AMAZING!!  Words cannot describe how beautiful their wedding day was.  Despite the extremely WINDY day, the sun was shining and it could not have been more perfect.

Grace and Adrien, your love for one another shines through in such a beautiful way.  I have loved every minute we have spent together and have enjoyed getting to know you all.  I hope you enjoy these highlights from your special day!
